Parking arrangements need clarity!!! The bathroom maintenance definitely requires improvement as some fixtures are outdated!!! The reception area felt cramped during check-in, making the process uncomfortable!!!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the nearby Cathedral and enjoyed some local cafes. The breakfast was top-notch with a great variety. loved the friendly staff and the charming lobby. Just a heads up about parking. it's a bit of a hassle finding the right one, but it's manageable!

I stayed on the ground floor and the view was not great, just a brick wall close to the window. For the price, I expected something better.

the location is amazin, just a short walk to the cathedral and right in the center of st albans. the breakfast was really good with lots of choices, and our twin room was comfy and clean. staff were super friendly too, always ready to help when we needed something. loved the little bar area for a drink after a long day! overall, it was a pleasant stay and we felt welcomed.

we were a bit disappointed there wasn't a few parking spaces out front for drop-off, and the shower wasn't the best.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel, especially because I could easily walk to the stunning St Albans Cathedral in just 5 minutes and enjoy a lovely stroll through Fleetville Park, which is only about 20 minutes away, making it perfect for a weekend leisure trip.

stayed for 1 night in a queen room and had a wonderful experience. the hotel is beautifully decorated and in a great location near the cathedral, exceeding my expectations while celebrating a special occasion. the staff was exceptionally helpful, making it a memorable stay.

The King Room was modern and spacious, which was a big plus. The bed was super comfy, but the pillows didn't work for us—too small and soft. The room was well-lit and clean, really handy having plenty of charging points. it had a nice feel, but those pillows definitely need an upgrade.
