Great and absolutely brilliant place, NICE staff at check-out. Airy and new-fashioned room with nuch better lighting than most hotels, good value. My favorite property in St Albans.

The view was absolutely brilliant and the staff were hard-working. The location of the hotel was best possible and easy - within easy walking distance of a local museum. The fantastic area was good for overnight stay.

Lovely building with beautiful features, well-appointed rooms, picturesque street with shops and restaurants
Parking arrangements need clarity!!! The bathroom maintenance definitely requires improvement as some fixtures are outdated!!! The reception area felt cramped during check-in!!!

Super location, very friendly staff, good breakfast
I'm afraid you have a sloppy maid. During our stay carpets were not vacuumed at all and the duvets were only smoothed above, otherwise our stay was ok.

We explored the nearby Cathedral and enjoyed some local cafes. The breakfast was great with a great variety. Loved the friendly staff and the charming lobby. Just a heads up about parking. It's a bit of a hassle finding the right one, but it's manageable!
I stayed on the ground floor and the view was not great, just a brick wall close to the window. For the price, I expected something better.
